This lot from Las Colinas refines that with pronounced passion fruit, chocolate, and black tea.

Las Colinas is a group of 18 craft-driven farms ranging from less than 2 acres to 21 acres located in the department of Nueva Segovia, where the highest altitude coffees of Nicaragua are grown, borders Honduras to the north. It is a unique micro-region, with ideal moderate rainfall, and noted for a high diversity of flora and fauna.

This coffee is a blend of carefully chosen micro-lots from eight farms belonging to the Las Colinas group. Many of Nicaragua’s finest coffees offer a unique molasses, citrus and chocolate-laden experience.
