More Detail
This coffee is a blend from small farms centering around the town of Pedregal, sub-municipality and coffee producing epicenter of Inzá in the department of Cauca. The farmers belong to the Asorcafe Producer Association, which is now over 600 families strong. They grow mostly older traditional Caturra, which imparts greater sweetness and finesse in the cup.

Most of the coffee grown here is Caturra, a variety that is particularly expressive of the terroir here. The farms average about two acres each and every farmer processes her own coffee, to be assessed for quality at the Association.
