Primitiva Apaza Quea has been cultivating her 5 acre farm Paltaypampa (“pal-thai-pampa”) for 10 years. Her farm is in the narrow Sandia Valley running down a fold in the Andean mountains towards the Amazon Basin. While the varieties grown here are said to be Bourbon and Typica the exact provenance is unknown and the flavor notes are unique.
