Due to the installation of our new roaster, we may have a limited supply of this coffee the week of September 21st. We expect to be back to our normal inventory levels by September 28th.

La Encenada is a group of eleven small indigenous farmers sharing the same terroir, each producing fully washed and dried coffee which has then been blended together. The cup is complex with notes of candied fruit, molasses,
and chocolate.
