Tasting notes of toffee, papaya & walnut
Inzá is a municipality in the heart of the tumultuous peaks and ridges of the Cordillera Central in the department of Cauca. This blend was made from carefully selected microlots of thirteen craft-driven farmers with less than five acres of coffee. The cup delivers subtle complex notes of toffee-cradled tropical fruit verging toward papaya.
