Cecilio Perez Vasqyuez runs the non-formal organization named Grupo Cecilio. This group consists of 15 family members and neighbors who were interested in non traditional independence from larger organizations. Cecilio has been a pioneer in resucitating the quality for which Oaxaca became renowned. This is a Special Reserve micro lot.
