The remote mountainous Inzá area grows traditional Caturra with some Bourbon and a smattering of Typica and Tabi varieties. This is a small lot from the single farm El Guamito produced by Rivier Quintero. It is our favorite Inzá coffee on the cupping table. It is a sweet full-bodied lot which deserves singling out. There are exceptional notes of bright cherry, papaya, and macadamia nut.
