Dota from Costa Rica replaces our Tarrazu!

In our efforts to always find better, we are moving from the Tarrazu region in Costa Rica to the Dota region! Our new Dota coffee is grown at a higher altitude — providing the same variety of coffee but with greater clarity and definition. - George

Dota is a canton (county in US terminology) in the province (state) of San Jos . It borders the Tarraz  canton. Its coffee is produced by small farmers averaging 8.5 acres. We believe this region produces the finest coffees of Costa Rica. The cup has a dark chocolate-cherry core, delivered with very smooth acidity and rounded body.
