Now Roasting Full-time!
Urara is the village and community were the Colbran family’s washing station and dry mill are located. At this washing station they process all the coffee from the Baroida Estste, Kobuta estate, and the small holder lots. Baroida is the name commonly given to the coffee from the Colbran’s original farm - but the farm itself is actually a few different large blocks - Baroida is just one of those blocks. Morita is part of one of these block in which this lot came from. This is the first time we've had an Papua New Guinea, we've decided that a lighter roast is best similar to a Kenyan as that is also where this Arusha variety orignally came from.
