Using similar technique to Hario's V60 cones, (and the same size paper filters) one puts ice into the diffuser chamber and pours hot water through the grounds. The brew both dilutes and cools over the ice, creating a bright, crisp, refreshing iced cup of coffee.

Our suggested extraction (yielding approximately 16 ounces of beverage)is to use 390 grams of hot water, poured over 48 grams of ground coffee with 152 grams of ice in the diffuser. Pour time should be about 3 and 1/2 minutes.
