Coffees of Colombia

Generally lively, mild yet distinctly flavored with notes of honey, tropical fruits and molasses Colombian Coffee, which has been the largest coffee producer for hundreds of years, has huge potential for the emerging single origin quality coffee market. Terroir Coffee works independently and individually with small farms in the south of Colombia to focus on the quality of the coffee lot from that individual farm. This has shifted the traditional focus of small coffee farmers who have had to combine their product with other farmer's, which sadly diminishes the quality of the coffee as a whole and failed to produce any true standout coffees from the south. However this more traditional method of coffee farming in the south has allowed the southern farms to remain competitive with the more efficient and larger scale northern coffee farms.
